Noam Chomsky: what is the globalization

According to Noam Chomsky, globalization has two different meanings. The first refers to the meaning of Adam Smith, which benefits the population. The second refers to giving a financial benefit to companies and politicians. The problem with this kind of globalization is that it only gives benefits to those who already have money, but if you're against,  they will accuse you of being against globalization.
